Where it goes consistently, structure follows.

Aging and the Upgrade Myth

Plasticity slows with age, but it does not disappear. Older adults can learn new skills, build muscle, form memories, and change habits. The limitation is rarely absolute biology. It is usually reduced novelty, reduced challenge, and reduced expectation.

A sedentary life produces a sedentary brain.

A challenged life produces adaptation.

Your nervous system responds to demand.

The Real Implication

Neuroplasticity reframes identity.

These statements often describe dominant neural pathways, not destiny.
